Paving on six routes in Prince Edward County will soon begin.
The Committee of the Whole approved a 1.75-million dollar contract with Lafarge Paving yesterday.
It was 320-thousand dollars less than the only other bid received.
County Project Engineer Joe Angelo says he expects little traffic disruption after the paving starts on County Roads 2, 5, 15 and 23, and Grove and Jane Streets, probably in July.
