A Belleville man won’t have fond memories of his trip to Kingston.
Steve Black and his family were at a climbing gym on Cataraqui Street yesterday afternoon when a strong gust of wind hit, knocking a tree onto his S-U-V.
The lumber crushed the vehicle, and Black said he’d got out of it only 15 minutes earlier.
Strong winds also buffeted the Quinte area throughout the day.
