Napanee OPP have charged a former financial advisor with defrauding two “elderly” victims of 210-thousand dollars. Police say 44-year-old Robert Todd Lovelock was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the border, while attempting to cross into the United States. It’s alleged Lovelock sold the victims non-existent investment products. Lovelock is charged with two counts of fraud over five-thousand dollars…and is being held in custody.
