Stray cats and windmills are just a few of the items Prince Edward County municipal politicians will deal with today.
A man will talk to the Committee of the Whole meeting about the need for a bylaw to control the homeless feline population, and the group will also consider a letter about the condition of Union Road in Mountain View.
Councillor Monica Alyea will ask the committee to hold a public meeting on wind energy development in the county, to help develop a Municipal Wind Energy Position Statement to be used in implementing the provincial Green Energy Act.
The meeting, to consider those and other issues, begins at Shire Hall in Picton at one o’clock this afternoon.
