It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lee who left us too soon at the age of 42 years old. Lee’s life was a testament to love, laughter and the profound impact one person can have on those around them. Lee passed away at his home in Whitby on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 surrounded by the love that defined his life.
Lee is survived by his beloved wife Nicki (nee Bell); and their two beautiful children Sawyer and Lennon
He was born to devoted & loving parents Robert & Valerie Palmateer in his beloved community of Campbellford. His memory will forever be cherished and remembered by his brothers; Dion Palmateer (wife Dana) and Joel Palmateer (wife Laura), loved by his nieces, Isabella, Payton, Evelina and Rosalie ..His dear parent in-laws; Colette & Anthony Bell, His sisters and brothers in law Mary-Jo Garvey(Aaron) Amy Bell(Steve), Jess Lonergan(Kevin)Loved by his nieces and nephews Molly, Liam, Lucy, Isla and Maddox. Lee was loved dearly by many many people. This list is so long, his natural ability to connect with others and his ability to be a loyal friend will be missed by all who knew Lee.
In keeping with Lee’s wishes, cremation will take place and we will honour and celebrate his life at a date to be confirmed.
