Traffic will likely be slow for a while this morning but Highway 401 westbound at Cobourg is now at least partially open.
A collision between two tractor trailers and subsequent fire shortly before 5 a.m. closed the 401
for a couple of hours.
Traffic is now flowing on the 401 westbound in the Cobourg area.
