A bail hearing is scheduled for a 41-year-old man after a report to police of a man defecating on the front step of a home in Belleville.
Police were called to the Foster Avenue address on Monday.
The suspect was recorded on the property’s security camera committing the act.
A day later, police were able to locate the suspect walking on North Front Street.
Police also discovered he was currently bound by a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Ian Frappier of no fixed address is charged with mischief under $5000 and breach of probation.
