The Stouffville Spirit shut out the Wellington Dukes 5-0 on Saturday night.
Neither team scored in the first period, before the Spirit came back with an explosive second. The Spirit took four goals over the course of the period, building a strong lead. In the third, the Spirit grabbed one last goal before taking the win.
The Dukes play again on Wednesday against the Lindsay Muskies.
