Northumberland OPP have charged a person following an investigation into a disturbance at a business in Roseneath.
Just before 7 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a report of an individual causing issues for staff and driving erratically in the parking lot while patrons were present.
The subject of the complaint left the area before police arrived.
After an investigation, the person was identified and sought in connection to the incident.
Nineteen-year-old Harrison Kirton of Cobourg was charged with dangerous operation, mischief under $5,000, and drive motor vehicle – perform stunt.
In addition to a future court date, the accused had their licence suspended for 30 days and vehicle impounded for 14 days.
