A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a train in Brighton Monday.
The collision occurred around 7 p.m. at the crossing on Huff Road west of town.
A 28-year-old from Brighton was pronounced dead at the scene.
Foul play is not suspected and an investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues.
Train service resumed at 11 p.m. Monday and emergency responders cleared the scene at 1 a.m. Tuesday.
