A Prince Edward County man has been arrested following a call to Quinte Mall on Sunday afternoon.
Around 2:45 p.m., Belleville police were called by security at Quinte Mall, where a suspect was following a teenage female and making inappropriate comments.
Police attempted to arrest the suspect, however, he began to resist.
Twenty-five-year-old John Carter Elsbury has been charged with criminal harassment, resisting arrest, and three counts of breach of probation.
