Gore Mutual has donated $10,000 to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation’s (BGHF) Compassionate Care Fund.
The contribution was made in collaboration with McDougall Insurance.

Belleville, Ontario — Demonstrating its purpose of delivering insurance that does good, Gore Mutual has donated $10,000 to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation’s (BGHF) Compassionate Care Fund. This impactful contribution, made in collaboration with McDougall Insurance, underscores Gore Mutual’s ongoing commitment to building stronger communities and championing causes that matter most to its broker partners.As one of Canada’s oldest mutual insurance companies, Gore Mutual has a long-standing tradition of supporting meaningful initiatives through its Brokers for Good Program. Since its establishment in 1998, the Foundation has granted over $1.5 million to broker-nominated causes across Canada. The visit offered insight into how Gore Mutual’s contribution is making a tangible difference for patients and families facing financial insecurity by supporting patient care, including such things as parking fees, meal vouchers, and other supplemental costs.“On behalf of Gore Mutual, it was an honour to partner with McDougall Insurance in presenting this donation to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
