Prince Edward County Council is going to be considering who to partner with for the redevelopment of the former Queen Elizabeth School property at Tuesday’s council meeting.
Staff will approach council with a recommendation to partner with New View Holdings, which is one of the companies that submitted proposals for the property through a submission process earlier this year.
If council approves, municipal staff will begin negotiations with the company, and a contract will be drawn up.
Any agreement with the developer would have to return to council before it can be approved.
