The Laval Rocket defeated the Belleville Senators 3 to 1 on Saturday night.
Xavier Bourgault scored for the Senators.
The Rocket started scoring with an unanswered first period goal, followed by two additional goals in the second. The senators came back to grab their one and only goal of the night before the second ended, before moving into a scoreless third period.
The Senators have a few days off, before their next game. They’re facing the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday
