The City of Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending that city council approve a zoning by-law amendment application for a property in Frankford.
The property, located at 82 Victoria Street, would be rezoned to allow for a three-storey, 18-unit apartment building.
The rezoning application calls for the following:
- A reduction in lot frontage from 25 metres to 22.3 metres
- A reduction in the interior yard setback from 7.5 metres to 3 metres
- An increase in the maximum building height from 11 metres to 12 metres
- A reduction in the number of parking spaces from 27 spaces to 26 spaces
Hilden Homes Ltd. is the owner of the property.
Council will vote on the recommendation at a future council meeting.
