The Belleville General Hospital Foundation has announced the launch of its 10th annual “I’m In” staff campaign.
The campaign began on Thursday with a pizza party, supported by Boston Pizza Belleville.
This year’s campaign will include a $50,000 matching gift from Maple Dale Cheese.
“This $50,000 matching gift is a transformational opportunity,” said Steven Cook, executive director of BGHF, in a press release.
“It’s not just about meeting a fundraising goal – it’s about leveraging every single contribution to make an even greater impact. Every contribution can amplify the collective impact of our staff and with 38 new payroll pledges and 69 increases just on day one, it’s clear that our staff are rallying behind this opportunity to make a difference like never before.”
Since its inception, the “I’m In” campaign has raised over $1 million.
This year’s target fundraising goal is set at $250,000.
