A third arrest has been made in an assault investigation in Havelock.
Last Tuesday night a victim told police three people were part of the assault and the victim knew them.
Last Wednesday, Rodney Libby of Havelock and Shannon McGuire of Eganville, both 39, were charged with assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats, while the search was on for 31-year-old suspect Gordon Fletcher.
On Monday, officers arrested Fletcher and charged him with
· Assault cause Bodily Harm
· Utter Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm – two counts
· Fail to Comply with Probation Order – two counts
· Assault with a Weapon
· Unauthorized possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
· Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
· Robbery Using a Firearm
· Possession of Firearm contrary to Prohibition Order – two counts
· Utter Threats – Damage Property
· Pointing a Firearm
Fletcher was transported to the Peterborough County OPP detachment where he was held for bail.
