The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board has a new chair and vice-chair.
Monday, the board elected Kari Kramp representing central Hastings as the chair.
She will replace Shannon Binder.
Elected as vice-chair was Stacey Lewis of south Prince Edward County, replacing Amanda Robertson who will be the NDP’s candidate in the next provincial election.
Both will serve a one-year term.
The board covers over 15,000 students at 38 schools.
