A big new housing development is being proposed in Picton.
Wednesday, Prince Edward County’s planning committee will decide whether or not to approve
an Official Plan amendment and zoning change to allow for six townhouses, two semi-detached homes, and a tiered apartment building with 98 units and a two-level parking structure.
The development would be along Nicholas Street near Delhi Park.
The county’s planning committee meets Wednesday at 7 o’clock at Shire Hall.
