Serious injuries were reported following a pedestrian and vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon
Around 5:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to Davey Road and Bell Boulevard, west of Sidney Street.
A 35-year-old cyclist sustained the injuries, while a 17-year-old Belleville teen was charged in the investigation.
