A man has been held in custody after being arrested twice in the same day.
During the 6 a.m. hour on Thursday, Belleville police responded to a mischief report at a Cannifton Road address where they arrested 41-year-old Ian Frappier on charges of mischief under $5000 and breach of probation.
Later in the day, police investigated a complaint of a break and enter at an apartment building in the central part of the city.
The same male was charged with break and enter and breach of probation.
