The owners and developers of Base31 near Picton are inviting the public to learn more about
their plans for the former World War II airbase property.
PEC Community Parners will present their proposal for a subdivision featuring 244 single detached lots, 237 townhouse units, and apartment/condominium buildings.
The housing would be built on both the east and west sides of County Road 22.
The public information meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19 at the Sergeants Mess Hall at Base31 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
