There was a serious collision involving a cyclist and a vehicle in Colborne Thursday afternoon.
Shortly before 1 p.m., Emergency Medical Services, the Township of Cramahe Fire Department and Northumberland OPP responded to a report of a collision involving a pickup truck and an electric bike.
The 27-year-old operator of the bike was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and then airlifted to a Toronto Hospital by Ornge.
There were no other injuries reported.
Percy Street is currently closed between King Street and Church Street.
It will remain closed while Traffic Collision Investigation members attend and document the scene.
