“There are some things that make sense and some things that don’t. We’re maintaining the exterior and the shell of the building and from the interior all of that infrastructure.”
“There’s things that need to be upgraded like insulation and some of the thermal systems to make this comply with current codes, or as close to current codes as possible and efficiencies for building operations.”
“We’ve had really good response I would say in the last month or so, when things seem to be picking up. Hopefully we’re able to maintain that traction and move a lot of that forward. I would suspect in the next two years we should be built out fully here and completely operational, but again it’s contingent.”
