Northumberland OPP are investigating a robbery in Trent Hills.
At around 9:45 p.m. on Friday, police were dispatched to a residence on Church Lane in Hastings for a robbery that had just occurred.
Police say the suspects had left in a black SUV but were not sighted in the area by officers.
A preliminary investigation found that three males had assaulted and threatened a resident.
A mobile phone was also taken during the incident and a firearm is believed to have been brandished during the altercation.
The victim didn’t require EMS.
One of the suspects is described as a white male, thin build and approximately 5’10” tall.
The investigation is ongoing and assisted by the Northumberland OPP Crime Unit.
