There was a hit and run on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Thursday.
The collision between a vehicle and a cyclist happened at 5301 Old Highway 2, near Breakaway Fuels, at the Tyendinaga/Belleville border
Tyendinaga Police Chief Jason Brant:
“The suspect in this situation has already been identified and charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident. However, what we are looking for is a cyclist that was hit. If you are the cyclist, or do know the cyclist, we would appreciate you calling the Tyendinaga Police.”
It happened around 6:15 p.m..
