Three men face break and enter and breach of probation charges after an incident at a business in Belleville’s Downtown District early Wednesday morning.
Police responded to an alarm just after midnight and found suspects near the business where the alarm was sounded.
Arrested were a 39-year-old and a 27-year-old, and 46-year-old John Green. All three are from Belleville.
The men aged 27 and 39 were held in custody for a court appearance today. The 39-year-0ld was charged with an additional break and enter count in connection with a break-in at the same location earlier in the week.
Green appears in court October 17.
