A precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted for Madoc.
The advisory was issued on September 19 due to maintenance on the water system.
Centre Hastings announced that the water quality was confirmed safe in a press release early on Sunday.
While the boil water advisory has ended, the water use restriction remains in effect, and residents are asked to minimize water usage when possible.
