Elexicon has been recognized by the Electrical Safety Authority with the Ontario Electrical Safety Award, for its efforts to improve electrical safety education.
The award was issued on Thursday at ESA’s Annual General Meeting and Safety Awards in Mississauga.
Elexicon was selected for its commitment to Kids’ Safety Village of Durham Region and Children’s Safety Village in Belleville. Last year, Elexicon signed a five-year partnership with Children’s Safety Village, committing $25,000 to the organization.
This is the second time Elexicon has been recognized for education and safety awareness, having received the Electricity Distributors Association’s Public Electrical Safety Award in 2023.
