After Thursday’s committee of the whole meeting, some planned projects in Prince Edward County are being put on hold for the next term of council.
A report from municipal staff outlined the items to be shelved temporarily while other projects are worked on.
Work on the Millennium Trail Salem Road Rest Stop, Medical Waste Management Exemption, possible plans for a pet cemetery, a Water Wastewater byalw review, and proposed temporary worker housing at development sites, are all being paused, to be brought back before council during the next term.
The motion passed, and was sent on to council for final approval.
