There are no reported injuries in a fire Friday afternoon on Chase Road.
Prince Edward County Fire and Rescue were called around 1 p.m. and arrived to find a storage shed on fire next to a house.
Approximately 30 firefighters from Station 2 (Bloomfield), Station 6 (Consecon), and Station 7 (Wellington), along with full-time staff from Picton responded and while the shed was lost, the home was limited to minor water damage.
The cause of the fire is accidental and the investigation continues.
