An Alberta resident is facing impaired driving charges following a single vehicle collision in Prince Edward County.
OPP were called to a single vehicle collision on Christian Road just after 2 a.m. on Sunday.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, 25-year-old Ethan Harrison of Alberta was arrested and charged with operation while impaired and failure or refusal to comply with demand.
The driver was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on October 2.
He also had his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for a period of seven days.
