Cocaine and cash were seized in a Project Renewal drug investigation in Belleville on Thursday.
Project Renewal officers, assisted by members of the Belleville Police Service Uniform Patrol and K9 Unit made an arrest in the area of Dundas Street West in relation to a male breaching his Judicial Release Order.
As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Roosevelt Rush was arrested on charges of failing to comply with a Judicial Release Order, possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.
Police seized just over 55 grams of cocaine, $510 in Canadian currency and two cell phones.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
