Quinte West OPP have charged two individuals in connection with recent vandalism at Quinte Hills Golf Course in the Frankford area.
Police began an investigation on August 7 after the owners reported extensive damage to the property.
On August 11, 19-year-old Nathan Hodge was arrested and charged with mischief over $5,000.
On August 20, OPP, with the assistance of the Community Street Crime Unit, arrested 19-year-old Matthew Sampaio on charges of mischief over $5,000, dangerous operation, failure to comply with undertaking and two counts of
driving while under suspension.
Hodge was released for a future court date while Sampaio was held for a bail hearing.
Police say the investigation continues to identify other parties involved in the incident.
