Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Belleville, Quinte West, and Prince Edward County, due to heavy rain in the forecast.
Up to 70mm of rain is expected on Sunday, with potentially 40mm falling within a single hour.
Thundershowers are possible in the evening.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
