A second public information meeting for the proposed Fawcettville subdivision development in Picton is coming up in September.
The meeting will be held September 4 at 6 p.m. at Picton Town Hall.
The property owners are seeking permission to develop the site at the western portion of Fawcettville Avenue at the Millennium Trail into a combination of 31 single-detached and 54 townhouse dwellings.
The proposal will be presented at the meeting along with new information after the Planning and Development Committee asked staff earlier this summer to further negotiate several items with the developer.
Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting are asked to register by contacting Matthew Coffey, Planning Approvals, Coordinator, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Tuesday, September 3.
If you have any questions regarding the location or format of the public meeting, please contact Mr. Coffey.
