Bay of Quinte MP Ryan Williams honoured Community Champions in Belleville on Wednesday.
Forty people were recognized for giving their time to various causes in the community.
Earlier this year, Williams asked the community to nominate deserving individuals for the Second Annual Community Champions Awards.
Awards were handed out in Quinte West on Monday and Prince Edward County honourees will receive their awards Thursday.
