One person was arrested and more than 50 grams of methamphetamine were seized in Quinte West.
OPP responded to a suspicious person report on Dundas Street West on Sunday where officers located an individual and seized a clear plastic package, containing a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
The individual was arrested and searched, resulting in the discovery of additional plastic bags containing the suspected drug.
Scott Comeau, aged 34, of Trenton is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
