A teenaged motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Trent Hills Thursday evening.
Northumberland OPP, along with Trent Hills Fire and paramedics, responded to the collision involving a motorcycle and pickup truck in the area of County Road 45 and Broadworth Road around 6:45 p.m.
The 18-year-old motorcycle rider from Hastings was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The other driver was not injured.
County Road 45 was closed in the area until approximately 1 a.m. Friday.
The collision remains under investigation by OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement members and the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario.
