Belleville’s Waterfront festival lineup has been announced for this July and it includes a long list of new attractions. Spokesperson Susan Walsh says one new event is an Ethnic Food Challenge based on the many T-V food shows. People will be given a ballot to judge the event and have a chance at a prize as well. The Waterfront Festival will include a tribute to the 40-th anniversary of the rock concert Woodstock, a kiddie train through West Zwicks Park, and a Monster Truck ride. The Festival is free and runs for three days beginning July 9-th.
