A 34-year-old Carrying Place woman faces two careless driving causing death charges after a fatal collision in Warkworth last December.
The collision between a car and a pickup truck occurred on Dominion Road and two people from the village of Hastings, one 76 years old and the other 70 years old, were killed.
A family pet also died.
Northumberland OPP have not released the names of the victims or the accused who appears in Cobourg court at a later date.
