Ontario’s NDP leader will be in the Quinte region today (Friday).
Marit Stiles will first visit Tweed where she will join Mayor Don DeGenova, Hastings County Warden Bob Mullin and others calling for a new deal to help municipalities plan for better infrastructure, housing, public health, and other services.
She will be at the Tweed municipal office at noon.
Stiles will be in Belleville at 3:30 to tour the site of what will become The Bridge Integrated Services Hub for the homeless in the former Banquet Centre with Mayor Neil Ellis.
Following that she will meet with leaders at Quinte Health at Belleville General Hospital.
