The operator of a Madoc area taxi company faces alcohol charges.
Central Hastings OPP have charged 67 year old Richard Chapman, who runs Centre Hastings Taxi, with supplying liquor to persons under 19 years of age. He also faces a charge of supplying tobacco to persons under 19. He appears in a Belleville court in June.
