Belleville police have laid charges against a city man, following a break and enter in the city Wednesday.
Around 9 a.m., officers responded to an apartment building on North Park Street, where a suspect entered a laundry room through a window which was damaged.
The suspect noticed cameras in the room and left without stealing money or property.
A 35-year-old has been charged with mischief and break and enter.
