The City of Belleville’s Planning Committee will be looking at an application that would facilitate Phase 3 of the East Settlers subdivision.
The zoning by-law amendment application looks to rezone the property to allow the development of 109 dwelling units, including 50 single detached dwellings, 59 townhouse dwellings, and a parkette.
No decision will be made at the committee meeting on Monday.
The committee will vote on whether to receive the information and to have city staff bring back a report with input from the public, commenting agencies, and municipal departments.
