A Belleville woman ended up in a bit of a sticky situation when she came home to find someone in her apartment last night.
City police say they responded to the West End around 7:30.
The intruder… a 54 year old Belleville man who is known to the woman… duct taped her to a chair and demanded her bank card.
When the victim said she didn’t have it… the suspect released her… and left empty handed.
The victim suffered minor injuries… and the intruder faces a number of charges including forcible confinement and assault with a weapon.
