Belleville police have arrested two people and seized drugs and weapons.
On Tuesday, members of Project Renewal, the Emergency Response Unit, and the K9 Unit executed two raids in Belleville’s east end.
As a result of the investigation, police seized:
- Cocaine 118.3 grams
- Methamphetamines 49.4 grams
- Fentanyl 0.4 grams + Syringe
- Fentanyl pills x 41
- Tec 3 pills x 49
- Vyvanse pills x 13
- Dayvigo pills x 9
- 9mm Handgun with magazine and ammunition
- Pepper spray
- $3,735 in Canadian currency
Brian Vining 41 years old of Belleville was charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamines)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Codeine)
- Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Vyvanse)
- Possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Dayvigo)
- Careless storage of Firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a restricted firearm
- Unauthorized possession of Weapon (Pepper Spray)
- Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition
- Possession of a firearm knowing the serial number had been tampered with
- Possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000
- Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
Vining was held for bail.
Breanna Lavecque 18 years old of Belleville was charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Methamphetamines)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Codeine)
- Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Vyvanse)
- Possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of Trafficking (Dayvigo)
- Careless storage of Firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a restricted firearm
- Unauthorized possession of Weapon (Pepper Spray)
- Possession of a firearm knowing the serial number had been tampered with

Lavecque was released on an undertaking with a court date in June.
