There was a small fire at a house on Rednersville Road near Carrying Place Tuesday morning.
Prince Edward County firefighters were called out to 3390 County Road 3, commonly known as Rednersville Road, at 8:45 after reports of a chimney fire.
The fire was under control in less than 20 minutes. No one was injured.
