Prince Edward County council will be asked to approve a charitable project by the Rotary Club of Wellington and a couple of important transit programs at its meeting Tuesday.
A delegation from Wellington Rotary will ask council to approve the installation of accessible beach mats, signage, and the purchase of specialized wheelchairs, all to access Wellington beach.

And council will discuss a partnership with Loyalist College to transport students in health care programs to work placements in The County.
Another program involves providing transportation for the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless.
