Three people are facing drug trafficking charges after cocaine, other drugs and replica firearms were seized in Stirling-Rawdon.
Police executed search warrants at a residence on Woods Drive Thursday, seizing nearly 10 grams of cocaine, a quantity of Clonazepam tablets and a number of unidentified pills, along with replica firearms, ammunition, cash and items typically associated with drug trafficking.
Three people were arrested.
Chantelle Barnsley, age 34 of Stirling-Rawdon is charged with:
Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of a Schedule 4 substance for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000
Fail to comply with a probation order
Richard Gourlie, age 41 of Quinte West, is charged with:
Possession of a Schedule 4 substance for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000
Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order
They were both held in custody for a bail hearing Friday.
Sarah Alexandra Hilton, age 32 of Quinte West, is charged with:
Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of a Schedule 4 substance for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000
Hilton was released with a court date of May 13.
